emergency service base rate.
Advanced management, maintenance and support services provided by the Platinum Service Plan include:
- Monitor and maintain your network,
servers and workstations from our remote monitoring facility and
perform onsite maintenance as needed.
- Study, develop and implement management strategy for specialized systems to maintain high availability.
- Work with management on defining what new
systems are needed, research currently available solutions, acquire
equipment and software for chosen solution and integrate into
production.
- Upgrade hardware as necessary and schedule so that workflow is affected as little as possible.
- Perform preventive maintenance on hardware and check for signs of potential failures.
- Perform repairs and replacements on all systems as needed.
- Regularly verify all systems have security hot-fixes installed.
- Apply system service packs when released and test.
